About me
Jane Hiller directed Sonoco Recycling’s Education Center for 24 years, served on the board of the Environmental Education Association of South Carolina (EEASC) over 20 years and has coordinated the SC Green Step Schools Initiative since its inception in 2004. A graduate of both Purdue and DePaul Universities, she has been honored with local, state, regional and international awards for her work in environmental education. She was honored to receive SC DNR's “2020 SC Environmental Awareness Award” by the Governor. Her passion is supporting teachers who are working to educate and inspire the conservationists of tomorrow.
